Summary

  • Upgrade the exact effect peer and development dependency to 4.0.0-rc.110
  • Upgrade companion @effect/vitest and @effect/atom-react packages across the root and examples
  • Refresh all committed lockfiles and the documented install command

Local validation completed with pnpm check, pnpm check in platformer, playground, and pokemon, pnpm perf:types, and pnpm perf:runtime. The CI base-versus-PR performance comparisons remain authoritative.
