Do not show the posts containing the muted words entirely

I have muted words on X, but I'm still shown the posts as "this post contains the word which you have muted"
I want the posts containing those muted words not to be shown in anyways not even "this contains the word you have muted", they should be gone out of my feed completely

That and also the same muted words showing up as words within images is very frustrating.

For instance, muting 'Dario' and seeing pictures that don't say 'Dario' in the text, but have the name 'Dario' in text form within an image, alongside a picture of Dario, for instance.
