Emits TWEAKPHP_STREAM:{"type":"started","pid":N} as the first stdout
line before the project loader is constructed, so the caller can stop
the process (docker exec kill / kubectl exec kill / SSH kill) even when
framework bootstrapping hangs. The pid field is omitted when getmypid()
returns a falsy value.
- add 8.5 to the tests workflow matrix (release builds 8.5 already) - split the stream test: first-line started+pid vs full event sequence - assert the non-streaming execute command never emits stream events
