Description

Bump npm devDependencies to the newest version available within Dependabot's 7-day cooldown window.

  • eslint: 10.5.0 → 10.9.1
  • eslint-plugin-import-x: 4.16.2 → 4.17.1
  • globals: 17.6.0 → 17.11.0
  • html-validate: 11.5.3 → 11.10.0
  • jasmine: 6.3.0 → 7.0.0
  • lightningcss: 1.32.0 → 1.33.0
  • markdownlint-cli: 0.49.0 → 0.49.1
  • playwright: 1.61.0 → 1.62.1
  • sass: 1.101.0 → 1.103.1
  • sharp: 0.35.2 → 0.35.3
  • @shikijs/transformers: 4.2.0 → 4.4.3
  • typescript-eslint: 8.65.0 → 8.68.0
  • vitest, @vitest/browser, @vitest/browser-playwright, @vitest/coverage-istanbul: 4.1.10 → 4.1.11

Left out on purpose:

  • @floating-ui/dom and vanilla-calendar-pro: already covered by Update VCP to v3.3.1, split calendar/datepicker components #42856.
  • eslint-config-xo and eslint-plugin-unicorn: their newer majors add lint rules that fail across the codebase; needs a dedicated migration.
  • typescript: typescript-eslint peers on typescript <6.1.0, so TypeScript 7 isn't installable yet.
  • rolldown and stylelint: pinned by our Dependabot ignore rules.
  • astro, @astrojs/*, zod, terser, eslint-plugin-html, npm-run-all2: newer versions exist but are still inside the cooldown window.
