During a call, Backtalk only speaks feedback that is marked to be said over the call. Focus changes and most actions were marked, but some speech the user asks for was not, so it was silent during calls: the circle menu, the braille keyboard's own announcements (such as dots deleted before they are committed), cut, copy, paste and selection announcements, phonetic letters, repeating and spelling the last utterance, the menus' and labels' confirmations, search mode, voice commands, Gemini copy confirmations and gesture announcements. All of these are now spoken during calls.

…g for forced speech #98 let speech the user asks for be heard during phone calls by adding the phone call flag wherever speech was forced. Each place listed all four force flags by hand, and two missed it: the direct touch on and off announcement and the emoji speech toggle in the Backtalk menu, so both were still silent during calls. FeedbackItem now has FLAG_FORCE_FEEDBACK_ALL, as an old TODO there asked, and the 30 places that listed all four flags use it, so they can't drift apart again. The two announcements above use it too.
