With Time between taps set below 0.25 seconds, two- and three-finger multi-taps often failed. Lifting and placing several fingers again takes longer than doing it with one, so the second tap often came too late. At 0.1 seconds, a two-finger double tap and hold to switch to the braille keyboard could take over 20 tries.

Taps with two or more fingers now always allow at least the default 0.25 seconds between taps, and wait that long before they finish. One-finger taps still follow the setting, which is renamed Time between one-finger taps. differences.md is updated to match.

Limitations: when one finger stays down while another finger taps, the gesture still follows the setting.
