Summary
Consolidates route-level loading ownership, flattens skeleton presentation, fixes light-mode code workspace colors, and tightens scope and attachment presentation.
Why
Nested loaders and mixed theme surfaces made the builder feel inconsistent even when the underlying flow was correct.
