Why do you want to contribute?

i'd like to get vouched so the irsa xml-parser pin can land. i already opened #4960 for #4951 (fast-xml-parser 5.7.x rejects @aws-sdk/xml-builder's addEntity("#xD"), so self-hosted IRSA credential resolution fails). the bot closed it because i'm not vouched yet.
