Why: Since 0.8.4 (#642), completed Assembly results come back as two text blocks: the JSON and a "Result files:" list. In Gemini, on production (2026-11-05), the Video covers call that returned a running Assembly (one block) worked, but every follow-up call that returned the completed Assembly (Wait for Assembly completion, Get Assembly status) ended in "I encountered an error doing what you asked". The Assembly itself completed with 8 covers. With 0.8.2 (one block) the same prompt completed fine in Gemini. The two-block shape is the only change on that path, so this returns to one block.
What: The links list is appended to the JSON text in the same block, after a blank line. The 20-file cap, signed URL preference and structuredContent/widget behavior are unchanged. Tests now require exactly one text block.
I will verify in Gemini after release; if it still fails, the cause is elsewhere and this change is harmless.
