Hey, I added a beginner-friendly Aleph Alpha tracing example for #4069.

I also added the runnable example under
packages/opentelemetry-instrumentation-alephalpha/examples/trace_completion.pyand documented the same flow in the package README.I ran the Python syntax check and
git diff --checklocally. The full uv checks were blocked because the environment could not download the uv-managed Python runtime.Would appreciate a review. If everything looks good, feel free to merge it.
