Bayesian statistics toolbox for Matlab.
The scripts to generate the figures in my Bayesian model selection demo are:
- test_poly.m
- test_changepoint.m
- test_logit3.m
These scripts require lightspeed to be in your matlab path.
The PCA example is in test_pca.m.
