Night shift report
WHY THIS MATTERS: v2.1.270 is a same-day hotfix for a regression shipped in yesterday's 2.1.269 — sessions running long enough would see read-only git commands (e.g.
git status, git log) start prompting for permission even though they never needed it before. That's the kind of silent papercut that breaks trust in the tool, and it got a standalone release inside 24 hours. Also new: Claude Tag (Slack) now documents thumbs-down muting as an explicit feature — 👎 on any Claude reply mutes the thread and stops an in-flight response mid-generation. That behavior existed but was undocumented; admins were seeing "Claude went silent" bug reports for what was actually working-as-designed.HIGHLIGHTS:
:mute:notice.@Claude !unmuteor any@Claudemention reverses it.:mute:notice before assuming a session is broken.discovery.jsonandtombstones.json— timestamp-only changes, no new sources, no page deaths or resurrections. Clean run.Created by night-shift claude-yolo
