[timtreis]

Adds 3 optional string columns to the catalog contract. The engine produces them and the website (web #54) reads them.

• obs_unit: what one table row is: cells, spots, bins or pixels. Null when unknown.
• segmentation_source: who made the cells: depositor, vendor or spatialdata-db. Null when the rows are not cells.
• segmentation_method: set only when spatialdata-db segmented the cells, e.g. "Cellpose-SAM (cellpose 4.2.1, cpsam)".

None of them are required, so older catalogs still validate.

Second commit: 4 more optional columns for re-releases of one 10x library (curation's source_metadata.same_section), which web and paper dedupe on:

• same_section_group: the group id, i.e. the newest member's sddb_id.
• same_section_relation: rerelease, relisted_page or none.
• same_section_release: the Space Ranger version.
• same_section_panel_of: list[string], the other libraries' groups on the same tissue section.

The engine side is theislab/spatialdata-db#349.
