The stat mock matched a '/wip' suffix, which never fires on Windows once the provider resolves the path with backslashes, so the directory was treated as a file and only one entry was excluded.

Version bump for the 1.2.0 release (JSON output and exit codes, status/list/artifacts/upload commands, --app-binary-id, drop-in flags, Allure, device matrix, GitHub check logging). Release notes are drafted on the GitHub release; publishing the release triggers the npm publish workflow.
