Fixes #1301

https://www.tensorflow.org/lite/models, linked from section 2 of the getting-started guide, returns HTTP 404. This points it at the current page for the same purpose, Pre-trained TensorFlow and Keras models for LiteRT (verified 200), and adjusts the link text to match that page's title.

The same dead URL also appears twice in g3doc/guide/quantization/training_example.ipynb, but in a different context — "try out the TFLite examples in the TFLite app repository". The right replacement there is probably https://github.com/tensorflow/examples rather than the pre-trained models page, so I left those alone. Happy to update them in this PR if you tell me which target you prefer.

…uide

https://www.tensorflow.org/lite/models returns 404. Point readers at the
current pre-trained models page for LiteRT instead.
