What does this PR do?
This addresses older feedback about Go having the
TRACElog level when that doesn't exist inslog. While looking at this, I noticed the other SDKs had this table. The recommendation was to remove these tables and add references to the language/package/module docs that show the correct log levels.Notes to reviewers
