Wrong logo opacity and color

This replaces the prior white reversed mark with an SVG that uses #f0f0f0 fills and opacity:.2 on the secondary dots. That does not match the PR goal of Tailscale’s white reversed asset with 40% opacity secondary circles, so the mark is dimmer and off-white versus the official brand treatment.
