• Adds TelosZero Core ASCII art at the top of the README.
• Adds a focused Features and Benefits section covering Antelope/Spring compatibility, Savanna consensus support, EOS VM execution, operator APIs, Telos genesis materials, release provenance, Telos stewardship, and the quantum-safe roadmap.
• Updates the README intro to refer to Telos Foundation stewardship.
