Desktop 2.0.6-alpha.4 is now the public Latest release after macOS arm64/x64 and Windows x64 packaging succeeded. Update the existing bilingual README download links and version badge, retaining the original layout and the alpha.3 minimum authentication requirement. Label the existing Gitee download as alpha.3.
Generate enterprise ZIP from the same CI TGZ and verify every file before uploading artifacts, so future releases preserve both download formats. The current public release already includes the matching ZIP and updated SHA256SUMS.
Validation: actual CI archive ZIP step passed; all eight published payload assets match SHA256SUMS and GitHub digests; git diff --check passed.
