Adds a path-scoped HTTP resilience CI gate on pinned macOS 26 ARM64, macOS 26 Intel, and Windows 2025 runners. Each job runs the focused contract suite and two Context-owned example rounds.

Earlier Windows RED exposed a test fixture that replied to a POST without consuming its body. The fixture now drains the body; the intentional /close transport-failure probe remains unchanged.

At exact head 03bbe02, all three platform jobs passed twice at the unchanged head. Each job ran 19 tests, zero failures/errors, one Linux-only SYN-drop skip, and two example rounds. All eight current PR checks passed.

Three-platform run: https://github.com/teaql/teaql-java/actions/runs/39107985100
Earlier RED: https://github.com/teaql/teaql-java/actions/runs/39106196206/job/117612436736

This does not qualify production network/privacy/deployment policy, public-package consumers, or full HTTP/P1. Review and merge remain separate.
