fix(report): assume 15 minutes and $110/hour per review comment

Updates the reviewer-cost defaults taskless report publishes. The worker sets no defaults of its own: the CLI fills in projection.inputs, so changing only the example would leave real reports on the old numbers.

Not covered here

The vendored src/generated/report-v1.schema.json still carries the 4/120 example, because the live tskl.es/api/v1/schema is still serving it. Once the worker deploys, run pnpm --filter @taskless/cli generate:report-schema to bring it in line. Nothing reads the example's values, so this is cosmetic.

Verification

pnpm typecheck, pnpm lint, and the full CLI suite (2297 tests) all pass.
