The workflow files in this repository drifted from the declared Velnor generator pin. The source cause was updating the pin without regenerating the full output from that exact revision, which left
ci-main.ymlandci-policy.ymlwith hand-added logic that the pinned renderer does not produce.This regenerates the owned workflow outputs and generator ownership state from
b9c3156cdb88e63c11b9e595a3e694b02238c09a.Validation: pinned generator
--check, Actionlint, andgit diff --checkpass. The current live ruleset returns onlyPolicy; the workflow policy check also requiresDCOandci-required, so that independent ruleset change must be applied through the TailRocks Tofu root before this PR can be green.
