• Breaking: all calculated values change (they are now far more accurate); the public API, radians, and south-based azimuth are unchanged, so existing code compiles and runs without modification.
• Improved sun position accuracy via the full Meeus ch. 25 model, ΔT/Terrestrial-Time handling, and refraction-corrected altitude (#​64 (kostebudinoski/SunCalcNet#64)).
• Improved sun rise/set/twilight accuracy with Newton-refined solar transit and independently solved rise/set times (#​65 (kostebudinoski/SunCalcNet#65)).
• Improved moon position accuracy using the truncated ELP-2000/82 series plus geocentric parallax; moon distance error drops from ~3500 km to ~20 km (#​66 (kostebudinoski/SunCalcNet#66)).
• Improved moon illumination accuracy (#​67 (kostebudinoski/SunCalcNet#67)).
• Improved moon rise/set accuracy with upper-limb horizon height and Newton refinement (#​68 (kostebudinoski/SunCalcNet#68)).
• Added Waxing flag to MoonIllumination (#​69 (kostebudinoski/SunCalcNet#69)).

Addressed in f35c65b. I updated the 1-minute sunrise/solar-noon expectations and shifted the two civil-polar boundary cases to the nearest SunCalcNet v2 dates where twilight still occurs.
