Agent stops responding mid-interview for 2+ minutes; next session also starts without any opening greeting

Description

The agent stopped responding after I spoke, with no audio/text/error indicator for 2+ minutes. I ended the interview and started a new one, but it also began silently with no opening greeting. Things returned to normal after ~15 minutes.

Steps to reproduce: intermittent, no reliable trigger found. Start a Coding + behavioral interview, speak as usual — at some point the agent
goes silent after my speech with no response for 2+ minutes; ending and starting a new session also opens silently; normal again after ~15 min.

Checked recent history — PR #55 (merged 2026-09-17) fixed a Retry-After issue in the replay-feed batching logic, but that's a different path
(event replay queue, not the live voice/agent session) and predates this report. No fix on main addresses this symptom yet, so it's still unresolved.
