What happened?
Importing an already prepared contact list repeated profile lookups and receiver discovery for every contact, so large lists could stay busy for minutes, and a partial failure could still move past the import.
Expected behavior
Import saves the contacts shown in the preview without new network lookups, keeps the ones already saved when a save fails, and lets the rest be retried.
