I am interested in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, RF circuit design, VLSI, and semiconductor devices, with particular interest in advanced transistor technologies and nanoscale circuits.

2.45 GHz RF Receiver - 45 nm CMOS

My undergraduate capstone project focused on the design and performance analysis of a 2.45 GHz RF receiver using 45 nm CMOS technology in Cadence Virtuoso.
