make README.md work

hi, current README example doesn't work

result = sprite.run("echo", "hello", capture_output=True)
         ^^^^^^^^^^
AttributeError: 'Sprite' object has no attribute 'run'

this update works, and probably useful to have a 'create' in there as well.
