Node 20 is removed from GitHub-hosted runners on 2026-09-23. Bump each action to the first major version that declares runs.using: node24. Closes #2

GitHub Actions ランナーから Node 20 ランタイムが 2026-09-23 に削除される (changelog) ため、
runs.using: node20以前の action を、node24 を宣言する最小のメジャーバージョンへ更新する。Closes #2

package.json#packageManagerを検知して自動キャッシュする (v5.0.0 release notes)。pnpm が未インストールの時点で setup-node を呼んでいるジョブはpackage-manager-cache: falseで従来動作を維持動作確認
workflow_dispatch/ cron のみの workflow は手動実行で確認
