Replace all references to the old propolis package with go-microvm. Rename PropolisProvider to MicroVMProvider, update imports, Taskfile, docs, and gitignore. Delete the old propolis-runner binary artifact. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
