Error when signed out due to timelimit #356

Currently the user gets Failed to load catalog Unexpected token '<', "<!doctype "... is not valid JSON shown inside of the Catalog browser.

We should show our users some kind of indication that their session ran out of time and stop them from using the cockpit.
