Filebrowser: Add loading state for first load of a bucket #243

Below is the current 'loading state' that is shown to the user when a bucket is being loaded. As you can see, we dont have the sidebar here, and the file explorer shows an "This bucket is empty". As well the buttons etc. are clickable

In this issue, the loading state needs to be handled, where layout shifts are not more a problem.
