Add the behavior of infinite scrolling to the CSV preview for horizontal scrolling without data fetching. This is purely to improve performance on the browser if there are many columns. Instead of rendering all of it in HTML at once, the browser progressively builds new columns according to how far the user scrolls and unloads non-visible columns.
