Filebrowser: Split View / Tab View #136

One highly requested and useful feature is that of having multiple explorer tabs side by side to quickly work between multiple locations, even across different buckets. The scope of this feature could possibly include not only having split views but also having tabs on an individual view (their navigation and controls being similar to those of a regular file explorer, i.e. middle mouse button on a sidebar list item opens that location in a new tab without switching).

One requested feature is the option to save the tabs in localStorage such that when the user leaves and returns to the application, they may continue where they left off.
