Filebrowser: Support users explicitly stating S3 bucket names #128

Description

@sbernauer

In some scenarios we can not rely on a ListBuckets operation to retrieve the list of buckets to show:

  • @Jimvin mentioned some S3 solutions simply block ListBuckets calls
  • @sbernauer mentioned he worked with a Ceph radosgateway in the past, where the ListBuckets only returned the list of buckets the user owns (and not the ones he has any access to). This resulted in an empty list for 99,9% of the users.

To support all of this it would be great to

  1. Make ListBuckets opt-out (so users can avoid blocked ListBuckets callss)
  2. Give users the option to explicitly add buckets to the UI
