Reviewed CLI fact-check batches can now replace platforms, categories, types, pricing/source models, aliases, and install methods. Values use the site's existing option lists, taxonomy, and database rules. Expected values, per-field HTTPS evidence, summary validation, and partial-only updates remain required. Only website/docs URLs, license, and language accept null.
Batches default to rollback and run in transactions of up to 25 apps, with a report after each chunk. Earlier committed chunks survive a later failure. Replaying the same file skips identical fields without app, provenance, date, or cache writes. Provenance writes are combined per app, and query timeouts allow slower links.
Repository URL changes also relink github_project_id in the same transaction, using the refresh script's parser and normalization. Existing GitHub projects are reused without touching their facts; missing projects are created with checked_at null. Non-GitHub URLs clear the link.
Validation:
Requires Node.js 22.18 or newer for shared TypeScript options. See scripts/cli-apps/README.md for the batch format and recovery behavior. Not merged; ready for coordinator review.
