Second round of fixes from the October 25 search traffic audit (dev-space/2026-10-25-search-traffic-audit.md, items T3, T4, and Q1), plus two data fixes.

Changes

• Fee pages about 4× smaller (T3). Category pages went from 0.9–3.4 MB to 0.27–0.81 MB of HTML, measured on dev. The cards now pass compact data instead of a serialized markup tree. The external-link icon is one CSS rule instead of about 1,500 inline SVGs. The rates panel copies the card from the page. The duplicate source rows in "Sources and dates" are gone; every link is still in each card's Sources list. The pages stay static.
• Tracking-only query URLs (T4). utm_*, gclid, fbclid, msclkid, ref, and similar no longer get noindex; they rely on the canonical. Search, filter, pagination, tool state, unknown, and mixed queries keep noindex, follow. One shared helper (lib/seo/query-indexing.mjs) drives both the origin proxy and the Cloudflare response-header rule. The rule expression passed Cloudflare's validator.
• Shortcut audit, 186 apps (Q1).
  • Removed Linux bindings that vendors don't document.
  • Fixed wrong action and key pairs, for example MATLAB, PowerPoint, Tableau, Loom, Looker, GIMP, Telegram, Filmora, and Studio One's Mac modifiers.

  • Sequences now store every step with explicit then, and the printed cheat sheet uses keycapParts(), so it shows Ctrl + K then Ctrl + C instead of dropping steps.

• Self-host apps: a reviewed batch for Forgejo, GitLab CE, OneDev, and GlitchTip (data input only).
• Docs: caching.md, cloudflare.md, and seo.md updated for the query rule. The directory-record-pages plan is recorded as on hold by owner decision.
