• Self-host apps: a classifier keeps helper containers, image variants, and reviewed duplicates out of publication. It is enforced in candidate review, upserts, QA overrides, and the local-to-production sync. 21 records are cleaned through a new previewed command (self-host-apps:apply-artifact-cleanup), not a migration.
• Fee records: new scripts/platform-fees/sync-dataset.mjs. Read-only preview by default, one transaction, refuses deletes without --allow-delete.

Cloudflare Browser Integrity Check was also turned off (dashboard setting, already live), to match stack127_docs/cloudflare.md.
