det: ADDRESS OF a subordinate item refused by name; ZECS001 pointer holes pinned (Part of #4771) - #5395

… pointer holes pinned (Part of #4771) ZECS001's ZF-DATA is an offset into its record; address_record gave it the generic "not a LINKAGE 01 record". Both statement forms are tested, and a corpus-guarded test pins that every pointer hole in the real ZECS001 is a named refusal. X47 lists them. No port moves (det_port check 120/120 unchanged). Part of #4771. The issue stays open: offset aliasing needs a windowed
Storage.Class: pointer-lane constructs the port's storage model cannot alias.
A corpus-guarded test pins that every pointer hole in the real ZECS001 is a named refusal. X47 lists them.
Evidence: pointer-lane tests 18 pass; test_det_programs 65 pass;
det_port.py check120/120 unchanged;pr_gates --fast6/6;--ratchets8/8. No golden bless (det translator only).Sibling gaps / Remaining slices: windowed
Storageplus the 4 vs 8 byte pointer decision (gen.py, DetCics.java, the Storage runtime); needed by ZECS001, whichCALL ZUIDSTCKalso holds.Cross-repo: none.
