equivalence: carddemo-tranview-generated -- BMS-generated map input, aid list in turn (Part of #4506)

Part of #4506. Second @bms receive-generation case, on a burned estate (CardDemo): carddemo-tranview-generated (COTRN01C) proves the existing carddemo-tranview port on 30 generated TRANSACT records and 28 generated scenarios + 1 no-COMMAREA run. The RECEIVE MAP input comes from COTRN01's BMS source ("@bms": {bad 0.1, empty 0.3}); the selected transaction in the COMMAREA is one on file or (20%) one it does not hold.

Generator change (equivalence_inputs.py): scenario_generate.aid may be a list, used in turn. With a single constant aid the first run covered 6/9 paragraphs, 13/24 branches (the PF3/PF4/PF5/other branches never ran); with ENTER, ENTER, PF3, ENTER, PF4, PF5, PF9 it covers 9/9, 20/24.

Evidence

• Proof: 29 scenarios equal on COBOL vs Java, both oracle and java-facade. Coverage 9/9 paragraphs, 20/24 branches (remaining: EIBCALEN-0 RETURN branches at 199 and the READ other-RESP evaluate at 280, fault-run only).
• Mutation (40 of 314 sampled, seed 0): 24/40 killed (60%); with the constant-aid draft 19/40 (48%). 16 survivors: 8 CON width constants (padded then truncated), the file-name literal, READ-error-path text/abend (fault runs), link-area bookkeeping at line 122/129.
• Output-map comparison (attribute bytes, colour, cursor) already existed (CICS equivalence ignores screen field attributes (a wrong-colour error message is still proven) #4053/COBOL translator: CICS command breadth (START/RETRIEVE, channels/containers, GETMAIN, LOAD, CONVERSE, INQUIRE, ASSIGN, counters, HANDLE ABEND PROGRAM) #4270); no change.
• Gates: pr_gates --fast 6/6, --ratchets 8/8, test_evidence + tree-wide guards pass. Harness-hash staleness of other records is the non-blocking scheduled-job warning.

Class

Burned-estate CICS screen cases whose RECEIVE MAP input is hand-written rather than @bms-generated. Covered: carddemo-acctview (#5306), mortgage-mlist (#5306), carddemo-tranview (this PR).

Lessons for agents

• scenario_generate.aid was a single constant, so a generated case never left ENTER; check coverage before trusting a generated case.
