shots: the site's screenshots are the spin release's own now, so brand holds none (R8) - #18

…d holds none spin's site-shots.yml takes them of every release and puts them on it as site-shots.tar.gz, and the website's sync takes them from there with the pin that moves to that release. What cmd/shots added - the release, the commit and each test's title - is what the spin checkout says, so the website records it itself. The laboratory points at the catalog, every screen of the app, and at the site's dashboard page for the documented release's screenshots. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Plan step R8, its last part, on brand's side. The companion PR is spin-stack/website#54.
The site's dashboard screenshots now come straight from the spin release the site documents. spin's
site-shots.ymlputs them on every release assite-shots.tar.gz, and the website's daily sync takes them with the pin that moves to that release.cmd/shotsonly copied the PNGs and recorded the release, the commit and the test titles, all of which the spin checkout already says. So brand no longer holds the screenshots:cmd/shots,shots/,task screenshots, andcmd/shots -checkfromtask check;screens.html(every screen of the app) and at the site's dashboard page; The website's pinned brand commit still has
shots/, but website#54 stops reading it, so the two PRs can merge in either order.Verified:
