I've updated the list to show each project manager's Discord username, user ID, and GitHub username, as well as remove responsibilities each project manager has.

It's difficult to determine each project manager's responsibilities, and listing them isn't necessary. It's best to remove them and instead make projectmanager.md a simple explanation of who and what a project manager is.
I've updated the page to show all current project managers, along with their Discord username, user ID, and GitHub profile for easier access, similar to how the maintainer list page lists current maintainers and their info.
