Exactly as the title says.

Rewrote the core design pillars as step one of trying to make documents for everything.
This doc intends to just be the absolute most basic doc of describing Wizden, its goals, and the game itself.
I've floated the draft with several maints and have had no objections and I don't really have anything else to add so it's being PRd and then voted on.

I played with the wording a little because I was iffy on the exact wording of the systems and simulation section, but my suggestions also don't feel conclusive. Regardless, I think this document has everything I would expect it to, I'm not going to nitpick.

Do as you want with this. I prefer having text look better with small nitpicks and changes.

I gave it a quick read, and I think it looks good so far.

I don't get why you'd keep it. Archival purposes exist in GH history. The current docs are already cluttered.

### Dynamic Environment
- The gameworld should be malleable, allowing for the dynamics of a station to change throughout the round. Walls may get blown open by explosions, and areas of the station may be totally renovated by a dedicated passenger.
- The station should avoid unique properties that cannot be replicated. Ambience should be made by machines rather than being coded to coordinates.

this feels like it's trying to say "things should be tangible" and I think the point against areas/ambiances/RND without a server/etc. would be better phrased as a point in favour of tangibility

I don't think everything needs to be tangible is the thing. For example, the alert system should remain intangible.
