Add issue 2108 scroll hydration repro

Summary

• add an apps/tests route that mirrors issue [Bug?]: 2.0.0-alpha.2 hydration mismatch on initial scroll with Kobalte CollapsibleTrigger and lucide-solid ChevronDown #2108 with a sticky shell, Kobalte collapsible trigger, Lucide chevron, and a tall scrolling body
• add a Playwright spec that opens the repro at a mobile viewport and asserts no hydration mismatch after the first downward scroll
• swap apps/tests off @solidjs/meta onto a minimal local meta shim so the app gets past the existing Solid 2 beta meta import breakage

Verification

• pnpm format
• pnpm build
• pnpm --filter tests exec playwright install chromium
• pnpm --filter tests e2e --grep hydration (fails before loading the repro in this branch because @solidjs/router@0.15.4 still imports removed Solid 1 entrypoints; an untouched origin/upgrade-to-solid-2-beta worktree also fails before loading the app, first in @solidjs/meta with Missing "./web" specifier in "solid-js" package)

Notes

• no SolidStart hydration fix is included yet
• this stays draft until the target branch can boot apps/tests far enough to validate the new repro route and regression spec
