Added --sort-by flag to sort validators by stake and epoch
Useful for identifying top validators or finding validators that need updates
./spl-stake-pool list -v Jito4APyf642JPZPx3hGc6WWJ8zPKtRbRs4P815Awbb --sort-by stake
