Attempt to resolve issue 5
The new tool "create_and_update_file" must be discoverable and grouped with related repository file operations. The primary tools reference lives in README.md under the "Tools" -> "Repositories" section, where file operations like create_or_update_file, get_file_contents, and push_files are listed. Adding the new tool entry there ensures correct grouping and visibility. For further discoverability, the mcpcurl README shows an example list of available tool commands; including "create_and_update_file" in that example list helps CLI users recognize it.
