After #642, the homepage and React directory still exceed the 100 KiB payload limit.
Comparison previews now carry images, links, and recording details without full prompts or writing documents.
Playable and writing demos retain their complete data.
The React directory drops a redundant slug and uses canonical route keys for every result.

Captured production inputs shrink from 105,534 to 100,532 bytes and from 104,749 to 95,116 bytes.
