Prepare SQLNB for DuckDB 2.0 community builds with the standard extension toolchain, native platform CI, an MIT license, and SQL lifecycle tests. Load official core Quack even when a Sidequery repository is registered, and verify that UI assets update independently while active sessions keep their current generation.
Repair Windows directory reopening and relative renames exposed by qualification, with regression coverage for pinned handles, Unicode names, collisions, and replacement. Validation is in progress across the community build matrix.
