Replaces the raster icon site/_static/img/spatialdata_icon.png with a vector version in the navbar logo and the landing-page heading. This mirrors scverse/spatialdata#1296, which does the same for the spatialdata docs logo.

  • Icon: site/_static/img/spatialdata_icon.svg is the official scverse SpatialData icon, static/img/icons/spatialdata.svg from Add SpatialData to the front page scverse.github.io#123. Its drawing is unchanged. Only the viewBox is cropped to the drawing (6.3 6.5 72.24 72.24), so the icon shows at the same size as the cropped PNG, within one pixel.
  • site/conf.py: the logo's image_light and image_dark now point to the SVG.
  • site/index.md: the heading icon is now taken from _static/img/ (site, copied into every build) rather than img/ of the data model text. The site no longer depends on data-model's img/spatialdata_icon.png, which could be removed there in a separate PR.
  • Favicon: stays the PNG, since support for SVG favicons is still patchy.

Checked with uv run build.py --ref storage-format, a strict build that passed with no warnings, and by looking at the rendered header.

…heading

The official scverse icon (scverse/scverse.github.io static/img/icons/spatialdata.svg),
with its viewBox cropped to the drawing so it shows at the size of the PNG.
The heading now takes it from _static/ (site/), not img/ of the data model text.
The PNG stays as the favicon.
