📝 README 与 mcp.md 补充 Homebrew 安装方式 - #10

sctl 已能通过 scriptscat/tap 安装，README（中英）在安装一节加上 brew 命令；mcp.md 作为安装细节的归属文档， 说明 formula 从源码包构建、附带补全、用 brew upgrade 升级、预发布不进 tap。英文 README 里的 installer 改称 install script，避免与 Homebrew 混淆。

这个 PR 把这种安装方式补进文档。
改动
README.md/docs/README_zh-CN.md：在「安装」一节加上 Homebrew 命令。README.md：说明文字里的 "installer" 改成 "install script"，因为现在有了 Homebrew，单说 "installer" 不清楚指的是哪一种。docs/mcp.md：它是安装细节的归属文档，这里补充说明：brew upgrade sctl升级；依赖
文档里「
brew upgrade能拿到新版本」「预发布不进 tap」这两点，靠的是 #9 的自动 bump job。建议先合 #9，再合这个 PR。验证
brew install scriptscat/tap/sctl在本机 macOS arm64 上验证过：brew test和brew audit --strict --online都通过；sctl version输出sctl 0.2.0。
