Description
I'm trying to sign up, but the site keeps throwing the error 该邮箱不允许注册 and saying email aliases aren't allowed. My primary Gmail has a dot in the username before @gmail.com. It looks like the regex validation is treating standard dots in Gmail usernames as + aliases by mistake. It should accept normal Gmail accounts that have dots in them.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to the registration page.
- Enter a Gmail address that contains a dot in the username.
- Fill out the rest of the form and click submit.
- It blocks the sign up with the

Thanks for the report! This has been fixed: Gmail addresses containing dots (e.g.
first.last@gmail.com) can now be used to register. The fix will take effect once the current deployment finishes — please try again in a little while.Note that addresses with a
+tag (e.g.name+tag@gmail.com) are still not accepted, so please register with your address without the tag. If you still run into problems, feel free to reopen this issue.
